“Musste Ewigkeiten auf den Versand warten (da ist eine Bestellung aus Korea direkt definitiv schneller) Dazu sehr hohe Preise der Artikel. Andere Deutsche Shops sind günstiger”

“Als das Paket dann verschickt wurde, habe ich es auch relativ schnell erhalten. Alles im super Zustand. Bei Vorbestellungen, bei denen es länger dauert kriegt man auch regelmäßig Mails das die Bestellung nur etwas braucht und nicht vergessen wurde, was ich sehr gut finde.”

“Everything arrived just a few days after shipping and came securely packaged. Went to the Stray Kids concert the day it arrived and only pulled Bang Chan cards in the albums and the mystery polaroid I ordered. Made my day even better XD ♥️”

“a very good store! would reccommend making it more obvious if something is official group merch or if its YOUR merch. like the stores merch. otherwise the prices are a bit high, but nothing else to complain about.”

“all 3 of my purchases took ages to arrive, but without asking the support I wouldn't have gotten any information on why that is. It's not the first time that pre order items need more than a month after release to be packed and I just don't think I'll be pre-ordering on your site anymore. Also one of my albums had minor damage, whether that was from the delivery or before that I cannot tell”
