“After numerous emails and trying to contact them by phone, no one has called me or answers the phone I still have not received my order from the 14/02/23. I am wondering if the company even exists if it does I am extremely disappointed and would not advise anyone to use the company. Terrible customer service.”

“I purchased items off this company in June 2021. They didn't contact me to let me know that the items couldn't be dispatched. Two weeks later I contacted them to chase the order and they said that all 8 items were out of stock. They fobbed me off with promises to send the items asap for months, then with promises of a refund. They kept stringing me along until it was too late for me to claim the money back from my bank. The last time they responded to my emails was in September 2022 with more empty promises. Now they don't even reply when I chase the refund.”

“Only giving 1 star as I need to. Received wrong items and despite numerous emails and calls ti them haven’t had a reply. Phone rings for a bit then goes to voicemail with automated American accent. As a business owner myself it’s laughable that you don’t have the ability to have a successful business from hard work - you dupe people out of money. That’s really making something of yourself.”

“This company is not legit! They take your money and don't provide the goods. Ignore your emails and do not issue the refunds as they keep promising. I wish I had read reviews before ordering”
