“I havent even received my goods yet despite it saying i would receive them in 5 business days. They are very slow and i wouldn't recommend them as i ordered my items 3 weeks ago and communication is terrible”

“Have not received my items. I had a few emails telling my order had been dispatched but refusing to give tracking details and now I can’t get a response to my emails asking for a refund. Absolutely awful service.”

“This company isn’t worth the hassle. I placed an order on 12/4/23. They say 5 business working days. Now on 2/5/23 still no product arrived. Customer Service just sends out standard reply emails. No phone number either. Terrible awful service, now they won’t issue a refund just met with excuses.”

“Dog food ordered and paid for 27th March. After several ‘sorry’ for delay emails I had to cancel order on 17th April as I had run out of food and bought elsewhere and asked for a refund. I couldn’t believe how disorganised the company is when the food arrived on 26th April! I had to refuse delivery and the refund was actually paid on 27th in the afternoon. Too stressful to ever consider buying from the company again”
