“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered dog food on the 10th May today is 30th May. No sign of my order and so have requested a refund which hasn't arrived either. I would steer clear of this company”

“Placed order, which was easy and received acknowledgment email and a thank you. Waited over 2 weeks for my order to be dispatched, got fed up of waiting and ended up asking for a refund. Not good!”

“Rubbish service! Took far too long to deliver and when I chased this up I was fobbed off both times being told that it had already been dispatched, yet it never arrived. Over two weeks after ordering they said I could have a refund which would take another 5 to 10 working days to arrive. I will not be using again!”

“Not in the Dog House are the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I still, after several weeks and many attempts to chase, not received the dog food I ordered. The money was taken immediately but not been repaid. I tried emailing many times and left voicemail but no satisfaction at all. I strongly advise anyone considering using them to think again and use someone else.”
