“Order not received, despite me sending several emails to chase it up, was eventually promised a refund but this has not been received either. My money was taken from my bank on the day I placed the order, this is blatant theft. I wish I’d read reviews of the company beforehand, would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Offer a great selection of goods but I didn't receive my order , it was approx 2months ago maybe longer and still nothing . I keep getting emails saying its been dispatched but no tracking details and nothing arrives . I've emailed them often but have gave up now . Over 30£ of my money for nothing .”

“I would stay away from this company at all costs. We never received our goods or even got a refund. Complete bunch of thieves. Can't believe they have the nerve to do this to honest people trying to earn a decent living and look after animals. "Not in the Dog House" should be utterly ashamed of themselves and they have no moral standards.”

“Very disappointed in my experience with this company. Ordered a dog bed in February and nothing arrived. Chased up numerous times, getting standard responses that it had been dispatched when it obviously hadn’t. Gave up after about 4 weeks and asked for my money back. Was told I would get a refund within 10 working days, still no refund so had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Will not be using this company again”

“£30.00 Dog coat Ordered 9th March 23. Still not received on 31st March 23. Chased and been promised delivery. No delivery notification provided. Very disappointing as coat was required for a walking holiday. Awaiting a response to most recent request for information about the undelivered item.”
