“I've not received either my goods nor a refund. Not In the Dog House has stolen £134.97 from me and I'm unable to get hold of them by phone and they never reply to emails.”

“Are you kidding me? Was never sent, had to get my money back from my card provider. Customer care absolutely non existent. Should be closed down by Companies House. Thankfully, my bank found in my favour and I managed to buy my items from Pets at Home. Shocking that this company (if you can call it that) is allowed to trade. PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. In fact my experience has taught me a very stark lesson. ALWAYS, and I do mean ALWAYS, check genuine reviews online. It makes for interesting reading. Laughable you had the audacity to ask for one. Well there one goes, hope you like!”

“Failed to deliver dog food after more than a month. My dog couldn't wait that long. I cancelled the order but still waiting for payment to be returned. I hope to be supporting an independent business rather than a chain but very disappoint with the response”

“This company should be in the dog house and get 0 stars. Chased my order for 4 weeks, initial enquiries were met with responses that my order was being dispatched, 3 weeks later it was still being sent to the warehouse. In the end I gave up and have asked for a refund, have been told it will take 5-10 days, but I fear I may not get my money back, having read customer reviews that reflect same experience as mine.”

“I ordered some goods a month ago! Despite an email saying items despatched - still nothing. Have tried to contact re refund. No positive response. Just an automated reply. Same with telephone. Really do wish I’d researched before buying!!!!! Being that so many people have had the same treatment - I can’t understand why this company is allowed to continue trading. Now in the hands of my bank.”

“I placed my order on the 16th March it is now the 30th March and I have still not received it. When I wrote to you 5 days ago I got a reply to say your courier will contact me when they receive it. This is bad customer service and I would like my purchase of £42.00 please some time soon. Best regards Gillian”

“been waiting for my order to arrive keep getting it as dispatched wait for tracking number no tracking number as ever been provided. i ordered this on 13/03/2023 order number #122676 and still nothing as arrived just going around in circles getting nowhere at all. no delivery,no money back so had to report the company.”

“I never write negative reviews but people really need to avoid buying from this website! I ordered on the 13th February and up until this day (29th March) never received anything. Reached out to the customer service team by email multiple times where they assured me the order was coming but never provided real tracking information. After a month and half of waiting told them I wanted proof that the order was indeed coming or else I would ask for a refund and contact my bank provider, never heard back from them again so now opening a dispute with my bank hoping to get my money back. How they are still in service after so many complaints I genuinely don't know!”
