“Took ages to receive not even half of the order and still waiting for a refund for the items not received and getting no response to my emails. I was told the refund was done 25 May and here we are on 5 July and I am still waiting and being ignored/not replied to. Would not recommend ordering from this company. This is my first experience with them. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.”

“Ordered on a 5 day delivery. 3 weeks later 4 emails to chase and told it was on the way, asked for refund 5 weeks later I'm still waiting. AND you keep asking me to review the product! 5 emails now! I'd like my refund please.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES. Placed an order on 5th June, got an email thanking me for my order then got another email saying my delivery is on its way. Its now 5th July and still no goods. I've emailed them as you can't talk to a human, what a surprise!!! I've sent a few emails asking where my order is but no reply. I've threatened to take this matter further, still no reply! Then they have the nerve to email me saying my goods were sent 14 days ago and would I leave I review.....yes sure, here's your review! Wish I could give "-5" stars because that's what they deserve, thieving bunch of b*****ds!!! Whoever owns this company needs arresting and locked up, teach them a lesson that they can't steal from people. I haven't read one positive review so how the hell have they got 40% of 5 star reviews....clearly friends lying for them! * AVOID AVOID AVOID *”

“Tried to purchase weeks ago, no delivery. Refund promised, same outcome. This is a crazy org which makes multi promises and delivers nothing, except false reassurances, new promises which are unfulfilled. Avoid!”

“My order has not been delivered after one month. They say it has shipped, but have not given me a proof of delivery. They have now stopped answering my messages. I can't find a phone number for them so I could talk to someone and sort it out. If I could have given no stars I would have.”
