They do not send the goods. I purchased something in April 2023 now it it June and it still has not arrived. They seem to respond via email but they take no actions following the email. Avoid this company.

Do not buy anything from them!!! I wish I read all this comments before. Exactly as other people describe. Delayed delivery that never came and an email apologizing which subsequent ignored emails!!! Still waiting my refund!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Goods haven’t been delivered, initially they returned emails apologising and saying delivery tracking numbers will be sent, that never happened, now there is no return contact whatsoever! Claims process through my credit card has been started and Trading Standards have been notified.

We have been awaiting a refund for many weeks. When telephoning them there’s NEVER anyone to speak to, just a message asking that you leave your email and telephone number. Yesterday they had the audacity to say the money had been sent to our account. Today a similar email was sent to me and guess what, still no refund has been paid into our account. They should be visited by Trading Standards and made to close down and refund everyone who is due. Don’t use this Company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Order not delivered, initially helpful but they are now ignoring all forms of communication and despite advising a refund will be issued it has not. AVOID

Placed order 19th May with 3-5 day delivery. I cancelled the order and requested refund on 26th May as no delivery I had ran out of food for my dog I had to purchase elsewhere. 5 emails later chasing my refund and nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered Gilbert puppy food it arrived and there was No sell by date on them I was definitely not going to use, they said I would receive a refund in 10 days but nothing, and now won't reply to my emails, I do Not recommend Not In The Dog House what a waste of money

Order not received, no answer to calls or message left , promised replacement order straight away twice but 2 months on nothing received and no refund. Customer service shocking. Do not buy from this company.

Do not go near this company, not only is your order not delivered they also don't refund your money, even after upteen emails and talk of lawyers, horrible company, one of the worst

Extremely poor service. I would not recommend using as 6 weeks later I still have not received the dog food or refund. Now they don't answer emails. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Last communication (today) I stated if i don't receive the refund/goods within 48 hours I am taking them to small claims court and the ombudsman.

It's been about 4 weeks or more since I ordered dog ice-cream ( for my dog's birthday on 1st June) and a travel dog bowl, still havnt arrived, I have emailed they said they were sorry and would get onto it, I'm now on holiday so hoping they won't just be left on my doorstop.
