Ordered dog food over a month ago & still waiting, numerous emails sent & still not received food even though you taken money.

The order was not fulfilled and I have not received the item I ordered. I have asked for a refund and I am still wSiting.

Having placed an order, it took a week before I was advised of a delay. Also not told how long the delay would be. Due to this I ordered the dog food needed elsewhere, as I had no idea when/if my order would ever arrive. I did contact them for an update (after ordering elsewhere), but the reply was no help. Several weeks later I eventually received an email to say my order was at the warehouse for dispatch, I messaged to complain about the delay, from the reply the person didn’t seem to care, no apology or anything. I had planned to just have this order, but after that I requested it was cancelled, which reminds me I need to check I received my refund.

ordered 28 May still waiting. on 19 June.. we have emailed. 1. it's on its way 2. you will have tracking its o its way 3. I'll get get it sent straight away Which is it ???

We still havenot received the goods I'm not sure if they've repaid money into my bank account as yet as I'm too ill to go out and don't do o line banking

Poor service didn’t receive the items, when asked about tracking info I had no response waited 5weeks before asking for a refund and it’s been 3 weeks since then and I was told it would take 5-10 working days.

Really bad customer services they don’t reply to emails, 5 day delivery took 11 days Would never recommend to anyone and will never use this company again

Placed an order month ago. Still waiting. Emailed them after 2 weeks and Amy from customer service said that she will chase it up and get it sorted ASAP. And haven't heard anything. Luckily paid with credit card and money can be refunded through credit card company. 🤞

It has been a month now and the dog food has not been delivered. They never answer the phone and don't always answer emails. Very poor customer service. I wont be using them again.

I haven't received my order! It's been over a month - I've contacted customer services multiple times and am still unaware if a replacement order has been sent or what is going on. Was really excited to try out the various items I had purchased, but the experience has been very disappointing.

Placed order 1st June - meant to deliver no later than 7 June - nothing. Have chased, they don't answer their phone. Had a reply saying my order has shipped - when I asked for courier and tracking number... nothing! Will have to retrieve payment via the bank. Should be zero stars - and this website should be shut down, outright criminals. Take your money and then don't send an order. Should have checked reviews before.
