“I ordered something 3 months ago. After not receiving it after a month I asked for a refund. Despite them repeatedly saying that a refund is on its way, I have not received it. At this point I do not believe they have any intention of returning my money.”

“Ordered dog food about a month ago now and still hasn't arrived. Poor customer service if they decide to answer I get the same reply saying has been despatched and I will get tracking details. That doesn't happen. Made 2 orders at same time but only one arrived after much chasing. Now still £45 short and nothing to show. Asked for refund but just been ignored. Terrible service will certainly never use again and doubt my order or refund will ever arrive”

“Failed to fulfill order, after some 20 odd days sent me a dispatch notification, some days later i had still not received any tracking information, i requested a refund for the order, which should be with me at the end of this week. (Some 37 days after original order was placed) In the absence of stock, the right thing to do would have been to notify the buyer and invite them to purchase other items from the site up to the value of stock you were no longer able to supply at price advertised or offer a refund, what actually happened was weeks of silence, and my first communications ignored. 10/10 would avoid in future”

“Ordered on 6th May, no dispatch confirmation even 2 weeks later, asked for a refund on 22nd May, was told 5-10 w/ds, 23rd June had a dispatch email, 5th June still no refund and no items! We’re almost 5 weeks on”

“Place an order on 6th of may I still have not received it, and now it’s the 5th of June, I still haven’t received my package I asked for a refund on the 13th may still haven’t received it I’m having to go from my bank to get a refund. This is poor customer service I would highly not recommend this company/brand you get email saying it’s been it’s on his way where is it I would like to know I no longer till about my package. I want a full refund emailed you multiple times and all I’ve got it, we will trace it up and get back to you yet you never had go back to me”

“Placed an order 1st May £85 for dog food. Despite many emails and phone messages with NitDH saying that it’s on it’s way- NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. It’s a shame to have to write reviews like this when you purchase things from what seemed like a nice reputable company.”

“I ordered some dog food on 10th May 2023 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Having waited for 2-3 weeks I contacted Customer Services via email (whenever I phone there’s always an American accented message saying all call handlers are busy) and was assured that they would contact the warehouse and make sure my order was shipped and I would then receive a tracking number. So far NOTHING. It is now almost a month after I placed my order. I like to support smaller businesses but I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this business, which is so disappointing”

“Ordered a dog bed on 11 May and still not delivered. Numerous chasing emails and no confirmed delivery date just excuses. Claim 5 business day delivery with Evri - a good courier. Can't get through by phone. Like others I cannot recommend using this company based on my experience.”

“They take your money and don't deliver your order. Simply they are thieves. Clearly this won't appear. I am a pensioner and have had to borrow money to feed my dogs you bastards. However I am now in touch with trading standards who tell me you will soon be closed down. Give me my money back. I ordered 49 cans of Naturo chicken.”
