“3 weeks and still no sign of the product I ordered arriving despite contacting the company directly. Initial contact was ignored after over a week of the item still being processed. Over 10 days have now passed since the first complaint finally moved my order from processing to dispatched yet still nothing has arrived. Would definitely not use again.”

“I have still not received my product. Several emails and then asked for a refund, was told this would be processed (it hasn't), then the day after I get an email saying it has been dispatched, but still haven't received the item after a few weeks.”

“Disgraceful and very dishonest ordered 2 coats totalling £72 16 March after numerous fib off excuses of saying it’s being delivered then not then refund coming still nothing people work hard to pay for items and this company is ripping everyone off I have been to watch dog and rip off Britain and STILL not received. DO NOT ORDER crime this company !!!!!!!!”

“I placed an order on the 8th May 2023 and as of 31st May, I am still waiting for a refund. I cancelled my order after receiving emails that said there was a delay to my order and reading some poor reviews on Trustpilot. I have sent many emails now and only get assured that my refund is being processed but it does look like I will have to go through my bank to get my money back. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.”
