“The website works from a mobile but not on your PC which is frustrating after building a shopping list and then finding you can’t check out and pay, but have to start all over from scratch on the mobile.”

“You had everything I wanted but even after spending a certain amount delivery was jot free and for that its a 1 star from me. There should be free delivery once anyone has spend over £100 or over a certain amount. Disappointing.”

“Notino offer a great range of competitively priced perfumes, and always have really good offers. I have been very pleased with the quick and responsive service. I recently bought a perfume that I did not know. On the first spray I instantly realised it was not a perfume I could wear. I was amazed to learn that Notino will take back a perfume you have sprayed once, provided it is in the original packaging, undamaged and has only been sprayed the once. A full refund duly followed. First class customer service and gives you the confidence to try out new perfumes.”
