“So many error. First it was the delivery option, I wanted to be picking up but then it disappeared as an option and you're charging me more now. Then I couldn't add my Postcode and find my address as completely removed the page by giving another error message, then it didn't recognise my phone number and at the end I was forced to do it from my laptop as the mobile app was giving an error AGAIN!!! That's just unacceptable experience!!!”

“I've bought from Notino many times now, but the only gripe I have, and it is a small one, is to do with delivery. There is an option for home delivery, perfect, or for collection from either Evri or DPD pickup points. But Notino doesn't offer the option to choose a delivery date, which would be really useful.”
