“I have been looking for this shade of bronzer in the L’Oréal lumi range for a while now, but hadn’t been able to find it, as I had seen a beautiful makeup using this exact shade. “I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Notino. The first issue started when I received a damaged product, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the manufacturer. This was frustrating, as my contract is with Notino, and I expected them to take ownership of the situation rather than shifting blame. The packaging was clearly damaged, and it was obvious the product had not been handled properly before reaching me. Despite this, I had to go through unnecessary back-and-forth communication, which made the whole process stressful and time-consuming. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. I’ve since had further problems with orders, including items that appeared tampered with, with damaged boxes and seals. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and handling processes. Overall, the experience has been exhausting. When you’re paying for products, especially premium items, you expect them to arrive in proper condition. Notino has failed to meet that basic expectation, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.”
