“Returned an unwanted item which they got. Refund via original payment method of PayPal refused. Tried to push a voucher instead. Refund would only be issued if I provide my international bank codes ( swift and bic). Told refund could take up to 14 days and guess what, I’m on day 14 and still not paid. Avoid this company, alarm bells are ringing. I now see lots of complaints also about counterfeit products. This doesn’t surprise me. STAY AWAY”

“I buy Bourjois from Notino, practically the only UK supplier now so please don't stop stocking Bourjois, which is amazing value. Everything is great , no issues with orders which are packed well and delivery is quick by DPD. All round excellent !”
