“I use Norino a lot, I have until today used the App, which stopped working on Friday, so after contacting Notino, who told me to delete app off phone and reinstall, which I did, which did nothing. I have had to sign out of the App, delete the app and reset my phone to complete my order, which has been an inconvenience, but, it is still a Great Site to Shop on, with a lot of choice of brands and Products!!!”

“I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The perfume I received turned out to be an imitation, and the scent doesn’t last even 1 hour. It’s frustrating to spend money expecting a real product and end up with something fake. I’m sharing this so others don’t get misled or waste their money the way I did. I hope the seller improves their quality control because this experience was far from acceptable.”
