“Notino is all good, unless you have a problem with your order. Then you need to go through ridiculous customer service. I had to explain to 6!! different people what the problem was, it took them ages to reply. I received a product with missing parts, I was trying to explain them but none of the people on customer support did check how the product is meant to look like. Otherwise, they would understand. After 2 weeks they asked me to send them a photo of the box with the address and everything. Excuse me, but who keeps the box from the order for 2 weeks at home????”
