“I was initially pleased with product range and prices. Having spent £70 however, I didn't expect to be charged £3.99 for postage & packing. For this reason I won't be ordering again as it doesn't make the products as competitively priced as you initially think. I would of cancelled the order but had already committed to buy through pay pal.”

“Very good customer service. Polite, professional and very helpful and kind. I wish that delivery was free above £30 at all time so that I could order more often. That’s the only downside otherwise great products and excellent customer care.”

“Email I received said the price of the item I was ordering was £58.50 with free delivery and a free Discovery Box on purchases over £35, I was charged £62.03 for the perfume, £3.99 for delivery and no Discovery Box, definitely not happy with Notino.”

“Always happy. Good prices, lots of good products, good service. Has been using this website for a while. One star off today only because during my shopping it was saying buying products for more than £25 delivery is free, I had £83 and still has to pay £3.99 foe delivery.”
