“I really don't advise anyone to use this website. I ordered a perfume in a gift package. 1) the order came late 2) the package was literary destroyed as in the pictures 3) when I tried to talk with the support department they were very slow in responding and super unprofessional, they only offerd me a voucher of 5 euro valid for 3 months, which you cant buy nothing with it, so in this case, I will have to make another order with them with a bigger value, and when I told them to refund me the money directly they refused. absolutely a scam Non consiglio davvero a nessuno di utilizzare questo sito. Ho ordinato un profumo in una confezione regalo. 1) l'ordine è arrivato in ritardo 2) il pacco era letteralmente distrutto come nelle foto 3) quando ho provato a parlare con l'assistenza sono stati molto lenti nella risposta e super poco professionali, mi hanno offerto solo un buono di 5 euro valido per 3 mesi, con cui non puoi comprare nulla, quindi in questo caso dovrò fare un altro ordine con loro con un valore maggiore e quando ho detto loro di rimborsarmi direttamente i soldi si sono rifiutati. assolutamente una truffa”

“This is probably my 5th or 6th shopping experience with Notino. Excellent company at very competitive prices , I just wished they would do free delivery more often. That’s my only criticism or maybe include some free samples of products for customers that keep coming back to purchase from Notino as it’s repetitive business. Excellent customer service as well. Thank you.”
