“Four stars just because every self-respecting and clients respecting company offers free shipping for larger orders. My order is over £ 75 and I still have to pay for delivery. A little upset. But otherwise everything is very good.”

“This is my second buy at Notino and for the same reason, a good product (a Philips hair clipper this time) at a price better than Amazon.co.uk!”

“Excellent service at a discounted price. What I love about notion is that they will quickly give you a voucher to make a different purchase when you don’t like the item.”

“Delivery costs were not visible until after I had gone through Paypal payment. I feel they should be more transparent and be shown before a payment method is chosen.”

“A brilliant company to order from, easy to navigate through to fragrances. As I have ordered from them before all my address and card details are securely stored making it quicker and easier to order and pay. .”

“I am happy to shopping with you. But I don't understand why after the discount I have to pay for delivery within 3 days which I don't need it. I don't really care why long it will take, all I need is received my order. I think you have to give customers good deals with better discounts, that would make us shop more”

“Your products are competitive prices only when including additional discount offers, otherwise, they are more expensive as you charge postage. If you included postage for orders over say £50 this would be a more attractive competitive offer.”

“Very good place for toiletries and fragrances, some of the fragrances are cheaper then other retailers or high street shops, but some of them are a bit expensive so you need to keep an eye on website an hunt a bargain. I’m buying from them over 10 years and all that I can say are 100% legit and wonderful customer service. Thank you very much for your service!”
