“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed on your platform. I purchased the Li-Ning Way of Wade 10 "White Dragon" (SKU: ABAS075-4, Size US11) a few days ago and made full payment. After waiting several days, my order was unexpectedly cancelled and I was issued a refund. This cancellation caused a significant delay, and now I no longer have enough time to purchase this sneaker from other platforms. To my surprise, when I checked your website today, the exact same item is still listed for sale — but at a higher price. This makes me feel as though my order may not have been cancelled due to stock issues, but rather to take advantage of a price increase. This experience has been very frustrating, especially as I trusted Novelship to provide a reliable and fair shopping experience. I kindly request: A clear explanation for the cancellation; Steps you will take to ensure this does not happen again; Whether there is any way to honor my original purchase price given this situation.
