“Very very bad experience with novelship I don’t want to recommend to anyone about this bad company I ordered on October 1,2026 After 25 days they told me we don’t have footwear which would you ordered And they don’t want to refund full price to me”

“I ordered a pair of sneakers and it was expected to arrive between 5th to 12th October. Now is already the 20th October and the shoes have not arrived yet. No updates from Novelship. Too disappointed. Do not place an order if you need the item urgently. Lesson learned the hard way for me.”

“Sent wrong size. Item was 2 weeks late. Asked for refund. Was quoted 50% of what I’d paid! Asked for a breakdown of fees. Couldn’t provide them. Looking at return policy. No mention of it. Asked about an exchange. Was quoted difference of over $500! The whole site is a con. Use legit providers like StockX or SNKR DUNK is my advice.”

“1. Huge delay in shipping which the emailed me their issue the day they arrived 7 weeks later 2. Wrong size so asked for refund for the still tagged unworn shoes and they quoted me $100 less than what I paid for them. I requested it 5 mins after opening the box. Making it unreasonable to send back. 3.Live chat 'went down' mid conversation so I had no idea what was going on”

“They sold me a display item, shoes are discoloured, significantly faded. Full price, plus handling fee, plus expensive shipping. I provided a photo comparing the same shoes bought directly from Adidas of a different size next to their discoloured item. They did not admit their fault and suggested to return with 25% value loss. This is scam, will never buy from them again.”

“Horrible experience. 14 business days later and still no ETA. Boots still haven’t been shipped. They are unable to tell me when they will be sent. Customer service has literally copy and pasted and sent the same email multiple times without answering any questions. Has taken me to ask what’s happening to get a response and at one point took 5 days to respond.”

“First time using Novelship and WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! NEVER BUYING on this SITE AGAIN! Bought it thinking it will arrive sept 11 cause I need it by Sept 22 but I received it Sept 24! I ended up buying another birthday gift. Now I have a slipper I don’t need. And when I sent an inquiry, all you get is some AI response. never using Novelship again!!!!”

“Very disappointing experience. I purchased these shoes as new, but they arrived with visible separation of the sole. The issue is not just cosmetic: the adhesive has clearly deteriorated and the sole can be physically separated by applying light pressure. I contacted Novelship and provided detailed photographs showing the issue. After reviewing the case, their response was that the condition falls within their “allowable quality range”. What I find particularly disappointing is that Novelship acknowledged that the shoes were produced in 2019 and that the adhesive may have deteriorated due to approximately seven years of storage. However, they still consider the resulting sole separation acceptable. I understand that older stock can experience material deterioration, but if a product is sold as new, I expect it to arrive in a condition that does not require repair due to age-related deterioration. I would strongly recommend carefully checking the condition of older products immediately upon arrival. In my case, Novelship did not consider this level of sole separation to be a product defect. Very disappointed with the way this issue was handled.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience I have had with this company. The entire process has been frustrating from start to finish. I have wasted a significant amount of my time dealing with this situation returning a brand new an unused box of shoes and have also been left substantially out of pocket, which is completely unacceptable considering the service I expected to receive. I’ve been left to pay more money on top to return the shoes and receive much less back, in fact it was that bad that it wasn’t even worth returning the shoes I gave this company the opportunity to provide a professional service and resolve the situation appropriately, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite. I will never be using their services again and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others. Overall, an extremely disappointing and costly experience that has wasted both my time and money.”

“Dear Novelship Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my order BEM8N109WG has been handled. This order has caused me considerable inconvenience from the beginning. Firstly, there was an issue with the wrong shoe size, which was already a serious failure in the fulfilment of my order. I then had to deal with further delays in receiving the correct shoes. According to my order tracking, the estimated delivery date was 23–26 August 2026. Today is 27 August 2026, and I still have not received my shoes. This is particularly unacceptable because I purchased these shoes with the expectation that they would arrive within the stated delivery timeframe. The situation became even more frustrating because I had an important event yesterday, 26 August, for which I specifically needed these shoes. Because Novelship failed to deliver my order on time, I was forced to purchase another pair of shoes at short notice as an emergency replacement. I therefore expect Novelship to take responsibility for the inconvenience and financial loss that your handling of this order has caused me. I am requesting: A clear explanation for the initial wrong-size issue and the subsequent delivery delay. Immediate confirmation of the exact location and status of my order. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and additional expense I incurred because I had to purchase emergency shoes for my event. If you cannot provide a satisfactory resolution immediately, I want to discuss a full refund and reimbursement of the reasonable costs I incurred as a direct result of this failure to deliver as promised. I have been patient throughout this process, but my patience has now been exhausted. I paid for a product and expected it to be delivered correctly and within the timeframe provided. Instead, I have experienced an incorrect size issue, a delay and additional unexpected expense. I would appreciate this matter being escalated to a senior customer service representative or manager rather than receiving a standard automated response. I expect a meaningful resolution and compensation, not simply an apology. Please treat this as a formal complaint and respond as soon as possible. “The product supplied was clearly counterfeit as determined by 1 weeks use. The company hid behind procedures rather than doing the right thing. I would recommend not dealing with a company that claims authentication of a product/ Nike trainer that fails after 1 weeks of use - please beware !!”

“Trainers arrived were not as described. Trying to get (human) customer service (the AI bots were trying to tell me my order that I was trying to return was "out for delivery") wa really difficult. When I finally did manage to get some human customer support, they offered a partial refund (less than half the purchase price). I have tried multiple times to excalate this and raise a complaint.”
