I am "Extremely disappointed. I placed my order 4 weeks ago, with Novelship and I still haven't received my shoes. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven't received a helpful response. Save your money and shop elsewhere "Scam alert! I ordered a pair of shoes on 18/03/2026 the payment was processed immediately, but the item never arrived. The parcel has been with customs since the 29/03/2026 due to no Declaration information not provided, and I have been emailing Novelship customer support for the past 4 weeks for there help in regards to this issue but I have not heard anything back from them I will be filing a dispute please be advised that Novelship is very unreliable i would not recommend them to anyone

Bought a pair of Adidas 4DFWD in size 10 for around £105 (before their extra fees and delivery - totalled around £125). They arrived within around 10 days, I tried them on and unfortunately they were a little too short and narrow. Attempted to exchange for half a size up - not an option. Attempted to return them and after 3-4 days of "calculations" they came back and offered me a £33 refund. THIRTY THREE. I questioned this and they said after going the internal process, this is the amount they can offer me for a refund after taking into account a change in market value, plus any admin fees. I understand the admin fees and the fact I'd have to pay for the return carriage, but claiming that the shoes have lost 60-70% of their value in the 2 days I had them - despite them being completely unworn with all original tags - is ridiculous. I asked to see their "internal processes" and calculations so i could try and figure out how they came to the figure of £33, and they refused. I have reported them to Trading Standards and will be emailing them every single day complaining. Steer well clear.

Absolutely shocking returns policy. Be prepared to not receive the money you pay for a product when you try to return the item. To return the shoes I ordered will cost me personally £180.00 !! That is made up of 2 shipping costs and 1/2 the value of the shoes I returned. Complete rip off and very unhelpful. Make sure you chose the right size otherwise you will fall foul of their corrupt practices.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought a pair of sprint spikes that were very expensive, but I was willing to pay the price because I couldn’t find them in stock anywhere else. They were supposed to arrive within 1–2 weeks, and I was hoping to use them for my athletics season. Instead, they didn’t arrive until months later—long after my season had already started. To make things worse, when the shoes finally arrived the bottom colour was already starting to peel off. For the price I paid, that’s completely unacceptable. I emailed the company asking about a return or exchange and didn’t receive any response for a full month. After sending another email, they finally replied but claimed they couldn’t do anything because the shoes were “fine when they shipped.” I then asked if they could at least offer a partial refund since the condition clearly didn’t match the price I paid, but again they refused to help. Overall, terrible customer service and very disappointing product quality. I would never have bought these shoes if I knew this was the level of service and support I’d get. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

This online website appears to be dodgy. During order, the delivery date was stated as 23rd to 28th March. Once payment made, it become 23rd to 31st March. I wrote email enquiries a few times to check on status. The customer service rep replied saying the goods is on its way. Waited until 31st march and wrote another email because i read some absurd reviews about this website. And it turned out to be true. After confirming that my shipment was on its way, now they replied (see screenshot) that the seller was unable to fulfill my order. WTF is wrong with these conniving people. I highly recommend everyone to stop buying from this website. Its the same owners as SHEIN which itself has a negative track record. DON'T buy from this website. I ordered the shoe as a gift for my nephew because he loves the design. Now i got to tell him due to stupid service standards, i can't fulfill his wish. The other disgusting part is, after paying for 195 SGD for the shoes, the website shows 132 more than a week later. Here's the kicker. If the supplier was unable to fulfill my order, why then does the website publish the same product in stocks are a much cheaper rate? You be the judge.

I purchased these for an event and the end of the estimated delivery is tomorrow and still not here… honestly I wouldn’t have brought them if I knew they weren’t going to make it in time, very disappointed! I’ll never purchase form you again

Extremely disappointed, I paid over $60 for “express” shipping only to have my Nike Pegasus Plus 'Olive Grey Maroon' shoes arrive in eight days which is unacceptable. It’s known that the top retailers have same and/or next day delivery, which wasn’t my expectation as I understand the size and scale of the retailers who have those logistical advantages in the marketplace. In contrast, to pay for premium delivery, only to be given what seemed to be standard delivery borders on unethical practices, especially since my item was delivered outside of the estimated delivery window. I should’ve been refunded for the poor service provided, but of course the retailer has decided to reward itself with unsatisfactory customer service. For comparison, I recently ordered another pair of shoes, from a different retailer, standard shipping and those shoes are arriving in two days. Please don’t use this retailer’s “express shipping” as they won’t honor their negligence.

Trying to unsubscribe but they make it as painful as possible. And when trying to reach out support, after writing everything down there is an ‘error’ when you submit the query. Very frustrating.

Very disappointing experience with Novelship. They sent my parcel to the wrong address, which was clearly their mistake, yet they refused to provide any compensation—there was not even any offer of compensation at all. On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach. Responses are slow, and when they do reply, they don’t actually resolve the issue. Overall, the whole process has been frustrating and stressful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Novelship.

Never buy from this company. I bought a pair of shoes for £103 and had the wrong size and asked for a return label and they offered me a refund for £28… absolute horrendous fraud

Shoe size labeled wrong, Show was too small. Have other Puma suedes same size and the ones sent from Novelship were 1 and a half cm smaller. Maybe duplicate shoes.Sent through photos and comparisons. There reply , shoe is in normal range. First and last time shopper. Beware of Fakes .

Placed an order and received an email advising they had to find a different stockist and there would be a slight delay. Followed this up and Novelship apologized for the delay. Didn't hear anything further for a few days and then received a refund without any explanation or further communication. Expect delays and poor customer service when ordering. Don't hold your breath!
