“BUYER BEWARE!!!! Get your size right as they only return 1/3 of what you paid. I was so disappointed as measured my foot and shoes clearly run small. Not a consumer problem, rather they should make it clear if particular brands run small especially first time buyers. Would never purchase again based off how difficult it is to exchange or return. Never again!”

“My order was placed on 2nd of jan with add on payment for express shipping. Guarantee delivered on 7th jan..but till now(10jan) dint recive anything. The delivery progress just indicate seller shipped out from 5th jan until now...”

“don't buy because you will regret it Novelship has confirmed it as original but I got fake sneakers and they are not able to refund me but I will deal with the state authorities because it is a crime to pay 509.68 pounds for a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers there it says 100% authentic but in fact I got a fake it had a plastic smell”

“The package still did not arrive. The window for the delivery has long passed. I ordered it Nov. 26,2025 and now is Dec. 29, 2025. The company shown little effort to assist. Not a reliable company. Give back my money”

“Really disappointed, left high and dry by this company. Ordered some boots from the uk, paid for express delivery which I thought would be 3 days, which was a little misleading as it was 3 days to them then a few weeks to me as I was over seas. ups were supposed to to have a signed delivery which they just left on the door step with no signature. The parcel then went missing and I have not had a refund. No boots, out of pocket by £200+”

“Had to chase and chase and chase for the shoes to be processed by the company….. and then in between there’s always one to two days in between someone response I have been waiting for a pair of trainers for over 15 days already they are for Christmas and I don’t even think they are going to arrive on time! So sorry really bad service here not good customer service or good shipping service at all! My gift of trainers are still not here with Christmas looming desperately!”

“Worst customer service. It has been over 2 weeks since my order. My item hasn’t been shipped despite the original estimated delivery date being 10days ago. I have emailed and the customer will reply once and then not to any follow up emails. Save your money!”

“The worst online buying experience ever! The Nike GO FlyEase shoes arrived too small. Before I could return the shoes, I had to pay $192 to Novelship as a processing fee. This was more than the price of the shoes plus freight. I then was made to send the does back with tracking cost $110. Novelship doesn't carry stock. It took 2 months to finally get the right size shoes at a cost of $500, for shoes that cost $150. Don't touch this company”

“If I could give a zero, I would! I placed an order this morning and have been trying to cancel it ever since. When I made the purchase, the arrival date was before Christmas. When the order was paid for, the date was suddenty after Christmas. I no longer want the item I ordered but there is absolutely NO way for me to reach anyone. The order has not even been processed yet. I don't even have an email confirmation of my order...so basically, there is nothign I can do and I bet I'll have to pay the 50$ shipping fee for something I have wanted to cancel since the second the payment went through! I am SO frustrated!!!!”

“Its a scam! ABOID!AVOID!AVOID! Awful experience. The company failed to deliver my order and provided tracking that was never updated or recognised by Royal Mail/ParcelForce. No delivery attempt was made, no missed-delivery card, nothing. Instead of resolving the issue, the company demanded extra payment for redelivery, even though delivery was already included in the original payment. They then withheld the item and refused to issue a full refund, attempting to unlawfully deduct “fees” despite the fact that the product was never delivered to me at all. This issue has been ongoing for over two months with no resolution. Customer service repeats the same copy-and-paste responses, shows no understanding of the problem, and ignores basic consumer law. Completely untrustworthy company — avoid at all costs.”

“BUY AT OWN RISK if you have money to throw away. I bought this New Balance Neo Flame on for SGD 346.46 on Novelship. Wore it for the first time on my recent trip (Dec 2025) and the fabric on front of the shoes tore after 4th day on my trip (see photos). What kind of quality assurance is this??? I have an existing New Balance 327 bought from local Singapore store front, wore it from more than 2 years and the current condition is still so good. No tear like this Neo Flame pair. You can see for yourself the state of the fabric tear between the two pairs of New Balance 327. There is no way this Neo Flame pair will be able to last at the look of its existing condition. Contacted Novelship for assistance to rectify the problem but they simply replied the order has exceeded 7 days from date of receipt. OMG! This is obviously a pro-seller company (who cares what problem customer has after buying the shoes??!!!) For BEST ASSURANCE = Buy from your local store!”

“Super bad experience with Novelship. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks from their website because I wanted to support a local brand, but the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I placed an express shipping order on 4 Nov. I changed my mind shortly after and requested to cancel. Their policy states that an order can be cancelled if the seller has not confirmed or shipped it yet. I emailed them multiple times, but only on 6 Nov did they finally reply, saying the seller had already shipped it and they “need to be fair” to the seller. I accepted it even though the communication was very slow. Secondly, the express shipping—which was supposed to arrive on 11 Nov based on their website—only arrived on 18 Nov. There was no notification about any delay. I had to email them personally just to get updates, and their replies took forever. Thirdly, when the shoes finally arrived, the condition of both the box and the shoes was terrible. I genuinely have no idea who is doing their quality checks because it was honestly dog-shit level QC. Yet they still told me it was within an “acceptable range.” Absolutely shocking. Lastly, the joke of all jokes: the return amount they offered. They said the refund was “calculated by our finance team according to our standard policies.” What standard? They offered me only $98 for a $271 pair of shoes. I ended up going directly to Birkenstock in person and bought another pair—the condition was way better than what Novelship sent me, it cost an extra $20, and I can return it anytime if there’s an issue. Please don’t buy from Novelship. Just buy directly from the official store or use other platforms like SNKRDUNK or Carousell. Save yourself the frustration.”

“This has been a very poor experience and I would urge great caution before engaging. I was promised receipt of the trainers over 3 weeks ago. Still not arrived. You email customer service and all you receive is a generic email saying "we thank you for your patience." You have to chase them all the time. You get no satisfactory explanation. As it is they were not here in time for a present. There are many other sites that offer this service. Try them is my advice. However, if you want to spend a load of time chasing your own orders, get frustrated that people don't get back to you, then receive meaningless emails and nothing happens still then this company is for you.”

“Bought a pair of boots from here to then be sold a different pair and told that it's because the manufacturer has updated the shoe. If you don't have the specific shoe in stock, don't advertise it. Simple.”
