“Take too long time to ship and delivery. Not impressed”

“If I could put less than one star I would. They don't have clear online if the sizes for Converse are for men or women, so I got the wrong size and now they want me to pay to return them, the shipping to exchange for new shoes, and the new shoes. Pretty much buying another way more expensive pair of shoes. I will never recommend this website to anyone.”

“Very disappointing. Bought a pair of adidas Solar Glide running shoes and when I received them it was clear they were not genuine adidas due to the poor quality. The rubber had come loose from the toe on one shoe and from both heels. I learned my lesson not to use this company again. Avoid.”

“I'd give a zero if possible, it's been 7 weeks and I still have not received my purchase. And after advising admin at novelship of the delay they made no attempt to fix the issue . They take your money and don't deliver. I will never use this company again.”

“I purchased a pair of basketball boots for my son. In less than 2 months of use only on indoor courts the fabric around the top of the shoes has started going into holes which is a clear fault with the fabric. I emailed because this is extremely disappointing given the price we paid and have been told because it's not within 7 days of receiving them they can't do anything. Would never order from them again.”

“If I could give them negative stars I would: horrible customer service. It took a long time to ship my cleats out and once they arrived they were dirty. I was told they would be refunded and then the company ghosted me. No refund. I will never use this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DONT GET A REPLY FOR DAYS, AFTERPAYED SOME NIKES, BEEN WAITING A MONTH NOW, ALMOST PAYED THEM OFF AND STILL HAVNT GOT THEM, TRACKING WENT FROM HONG KONG TO SINGAPORE IN TWO WEEKS, ORDERED ON THE 30TH OF APRIL AND EXPEPTED DELIVERY WAS THE 15TH OF MAY AND ITS NOW THE 26TH OF MAY, VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️”

“Do not buy! Ours lasted less than 3 months and split through the bottom of the boot. Novelship won’t refund as have had the product more than 7 days…. Very disappointing. Terrible service.”

“Very bad platform. Withdrawal of funds cannot be credited normally. Writing to the platform cannot be processed immediately. There is no customer service phone number or person in Taiwan to help. The system is getting worse and worse. The customer service staff can never handle the problem immediately. The feedback messages are never processed and updated immediately. No one will reply to the progress of the processing. They will only send some spam messages all the time. There is no positive response to the feedback.”

“This website is very unreliable. I have been waiting for my product for over a month now and no updates whatsoever. I have requested a refund and a cancellation for my order, but they are clearly ignoring my request as they are no longer responding. I am certainly not a difficult customer, I understand delays can occur, but this is unacceptable and the delay is way too extreme therefore I would like to be refunded.”

“Reviews are definitely faked or planned regarding fast shipping and customer service. I ordered something on 4/28 and emailed about it that day. It’s 5/8 and STILL NO RESPONSE… and my shoes are still “shipping to be authenticated” worst customer service and shipping transparency”

“I haven’t received my shoe yet so I’ll leave another. This is solely based on customer service and ship time. Customer service is non existent I emailed 10 days ago and no response and ship time takes insanely long. Will not use this site again its pretty sketchy”

“Bought a shoe but the shoe could not be delivered even after waiting for more than 2 weeks (I paid for express). Was asked to top up to get the same pair of shoe and I did so. Was told that I will get the shoe this time in 5 days. However after another 2 weeks the shoe cannot be delivered again due to defects and was told I will be refunded. A whole lot of trouble, anticipation and waiting to nothing. Highly do not recommend anyone to purchase from Novelship.”
