“Bought a pair of boots from here to then be sold a different pair and told that it's because the manufacturer has updated the shoe. If you don't have the specific shoe in stock, don't advertise it. Simple.”

“I finally found what's wrong with my order after you send me the email that the order is delivered (and in fact it is back to your office / warehouse / building); the contact telephone number is wrong. I demand a formal contact to me within 24 hours to update me the status instead of keep prompt me that there is error (this is the 5th time i re-type this complaint) and i get angrier; you shear try to block my complaint and i will find all the ways to do the formal complaint include but not limited to all relevant government departments really terrible and devastating experience from bad to worst”

“Avoid Novel Ship Terrible experience from start to finish. My shoes were promised to arrive within 1–3 days but didn’t show up for 14. When I reached out for compensation, they refused to offer anything. Completely unreliable and unprofessional — save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.”

“Worse Company ever I ordered a shoe and it’s take so long to deliver and when I get it the size was a bit too small and the product was not original. So I ask for a refund and they said I will get $30.57 out of my $170.44.”

“Promised to deliver by 8/10/2025, but until now the orders still not in Singapore! They will send you email lying to you that the order had been shipping, had been authentic, on the way to you...but the truth is not even in Singapore! There is no direct contact can only email them and simply no reply! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOVELSHIP! IS A SCAM!”

“I had placed my order on 20 september 2025.seller shipped after 2 to 3 days. Until now shipping status still 'SELLER SHIPPED OUT' . Today is 6 october 2025. I have request for refund but novelship not allow for refund. For those who want to buy here, think it twice. Now I have no more interesting on my shoes.. really spoil m mood. The said on the way but never give ke a very clear info about what happened or what is the actual problem with my order . This is first and last! Very very very very very disappointed”

“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed on your platform. I purchased the Li-Ning Way of Wade 10 "White Dragon" (SKU: ABAS075-4, Size US11) a few days ago and made full payment. After waiting several days, my order was unexpectedly cancelled and I was issued a refund. This cancellation caused a significant delay, and now I no longer have enough time to purchase this sneaker from other platforms. To my surprise, when I checked your website today, the exact same item is still listed for sale — but at a higher price. This makes me feel as though my order may not have been cancelled due to stock issues, but rather to take advantage of a price increase. This experience has been very frustrating, especially as I trusted Novelship to provide a reliable and fair shopping experience. I kindly request: A clear explanation for the cancellation; Steps you will take to ensure this does not happen again; Whether there is any way to honor my original purchase price given this situation. I hope Novelship values its customers’ trust and takes action to address this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt response.”
