“Novelship is a reseller. They don'y control the quality of the product. They offer you to pay full price for premium and authentic quality and they sell you a product with defects. I purchased a new pair of Jordan and a few weeks later, I noticed that one of the shoes has been painted with a silver spray. Now all the painting is peeling off and gone. I wrote an email to complain about the quality and to get a refund or an exchange but NO ASWER at all. They simply ignored my request.”

“The status of my order has been marked as shipped, but it has not reached the authentication stage for over a month. If we have to cancel the order, we will incur a loss of over $50 due to the delay caused by either the seller or Novelship. This situation is extremely unfair to the buyer. I urge everyone to be cautious of potential delays, it feels like a scam, and there's very little we can do about it.”

“Very poor customer service. I tried to change my size a few minutes after my order was placed and I have not received a response for days. I am now left hanging without any guidance or clarity on a resolution with the size of the order still wrong. This should not be the case in today's e-commerce world. A change of size immediately after placing an order should be a very simple issue to solve!”

“Got some Jordan 1 Patent Breds last year, since they are not doing well atm, sold them on StockX. Failed Authentication and give my 127 sales a bad rep for selling fakes. No explanation on why item was rejected, but must be fake or some other issue. Only explanation was Authentication cant confirm if the sneakers are genuine or not. Not going to waste anymore time on these, but beware and consider all other options before buying from Nobullshit, sorry I mean Novelship 😅”

“Filed an issue that I ddint receive my yeezy slides eventhough it reflected on their app that it was delivered. They send an email that wont be able fo refund the full amount of what I spent since I did not availavle for the protection service sort off. Then to compenstae for my loss, they said will send me a promocode/ reimburse my 100 sgd. I opted for the 110 rebate but since then I ddint receive the promocode that i need to key in.”

“Wish I read reviews before I brought 2 pairs of shoes beginning of October. I've sent numerous emails to Novellaa to ask them about my order as I still have not received anything they can't even be bothered to answer any of my emails I've sent them All I want is my money back very upsetting they can get away with treating customers like this . “Do not buy Yeezy 350s off these guys as i have had 2 pairs so far that have turned out to be fake.Contacted them and they said they wont do anything because i messaged them after 2 days of receiving.Their authenticators are obviously not trained to authenticate yeezys properly. I had the results confirmed by legitapp and these guys dont even want to listed to the issue.”
