“Took over a month for the items to be delivered. Pathetic customer service, repeating the same message over and over and over again, until to accurately advise where my items were. Unable to escalate the issue, resulting in further frustrations. Condescending responses from customer service representatives adding to the frustrations. Will never EVER purchase from company EVER again”

“I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes, Noviship took the $200 from my account and I have received nothing. My account shows NO outstanding orders, and there is NO WAY to communicate with this company to find out what happend :(”

“This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Before ordering a pair of Nike mules, I carefully checked the company's return policy, but when the item arrived, the quality was nothing like the photos and did not meet my expectations. I have been trying to return the item for over a week, yet they still refuse to provide the return instructions. Instead, they reply to only one email per day, making the process incredibly slow and frustrating. I have been dealing with Dita, Eva, and Fiani, but no one has resolved the issue. It feels like they are deliberately delaying the return instead of honoring their own return policy. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service, and I would not recommend buying from this company.”

“My experience with Novelship was extremely disappointing. I placed an order, received confirmation, and my payment was successfully processed. After waiting for more than two weeks with no clear update on the status of my order, I was informed that it had been cancelled. What frustrates me most is that the order was accepted and payment was taken in the first place, only for the transaction to be cancelled later. As a customer, I expected better communication and transparency throughout the process. If the item was unavailable or could not be delivered, this should have been identified before accepting the order and taking payment. The entire experience left me feeling that my time and money were not respected. Waiting weeks for an order, only to have it cancelled without a clear explanation, creates a lack of confidence in the platform. The process felt misleading and gave me serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience and hope the company improves its order verification, customer communication, and cancellation procedures so that other customers do not face the same frustration.”

“Hi I’ve been back and forward with Novelship for around 1 week and getting no where I’ve had to open up a case for a charge back via my bank. I ordered new balance trainers and they have not arrived and the response from the company is making me thing this is a fraudulent company. Don’t order as the order doesn’t arrive and they just keep you going around in circles on the emails.”

“Extremely disappointing experience with Novelship. I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for shipping fees. My order was delivered later than the estimated delivery timeframe. I was then notified by Novelship that the parcel was awaiting collection at the post office, but only after a significant portion of the collection period had already passed. Novelship's email stated that I had 30 days to collect the parcel before it could be returned or disposed of. Regardless, I attended the post office within 14 days of receiving Novelship's notification, only to be told that the parcel had already been returned. Despite acknowledging that their communication may have created the wrong expectations and apologising for the confusion, Novelship refused to redeliver the shoes without charging additional fees (notwithstand this is an issue caused by them and/or their courier) and also refused to provide a refund. As things stand, I paid for the shoes and shipping but never received the goods.”

“Shoes sold to me were fake. Purchased shoes back in May and since I have purchased the same shoes direct from source as they restocked. The ones purchased from Novelship are clearly fake and have visible differences to he original ones. I'd stay away from this site and It would seem that many others here share this opinion.”

“This was an awful experience. Didn't even receive the shoes. My order was already delayed. I contacted customer service and they said it's all good and everything is in progress and it will arrive shortly. They said it's probably the courier. Then one morning out of nowhere, I get an email that the order was cancelled. Yes I got a refund but I am angry that they kept telling me the order was coming. I ended missing out on a couple of other pairs of shoes I was looking at that ended up selling out while I waited for the shoes I was assured would arrive on multiple occasions. Very unprofessional. The day after the cancellation, I got an email from them saying they had good news because they found the same shoe from the cancelled order. All I had to do was pay more than double the original price. That's not good news. That's a slap in the face to a new customer. So disgusting.”

“I ordered the runners and got a confirmation of purchase and a supposed update. Since then, I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Novelship. No runners have arrived. I cannot reply via email and the website communication site also repeatedly fails. Be VERY careful dealing with this company. There is absolutely NO customer service. They therefore treat customers like dirt. Everything about them gives “scammer” vibes. VERY unhappy with this company. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!”

“Disgusting company. Cancelled an order in May and was assured that a refund would be issued within 5-10 days. A month has passed and it still hasn't happened. Have sent multiple emails to them, asking about this. They answer the first mail, ask for an order reference, then ghost me. Will have to get my bank involved at this point, as these crooks are clearly intent on keeping my money. Avoid like the plague.”

“This company is a scam. Made me wait for so long then when my shoes arrive they told me it was defective. Then offered me stupid options to add money and wait again as they will find another seller of the same product. I also ordered from here before. Their authentication team is trash shoe laces not even the same length. Dont buy from this company”

“I ordered from Novelship expecting delivery between 11th and 15th June, but my item still hasn’t arrived. The delay has been frustrating, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or solution. I hope they improve their delivery reliability and customer support. “⚠️ WARNING: Think twice before buying from @Novelship I purchased a MIU MIU blazer on 12 May for MYR 2,726. It took over THREE WEEKS to arrive because of their own seller fulfilment issue. When it finally arrived on 4 June, it was the wrong size. The item is unused. Unworn. Tags intact. I contacted them immediately. Their response? A refund of MYR 1,783 — nearly RM1,000 less than I paid — with zero explanation. When I asked twice for an itemised breakdown of the deduction, they responded both times with "various factors assessed by our Finance team." That is not an answer. They then told me MYR 1,783 is their "final assessed amount" and that I can take it or leave it. So to summarise: — I waited 3+ weeks for delivery due to THEIR fulfilment failure — Item arrived wrong size — Item is unused and in perfect condition — They are withholding nearly RM1,000 of my money with no explanation — They have refused twice to tell me how they calculated this This is not a return policy. This is taking a customer's money and hoping they go away quietly. I have filed a formal complaint with CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore) and will be pursuing this further.
