“I asked and paid for standard shipping but they proceeded with DHL. This incurring an import tax equivalent to the total value of the shoes. A 100usd pair of sneakers grew into a 200usd headache not worth its cost and found cheaper locally”

“Rematch took a while and the replacement only came on the 9th day, cutting it close for my trip lah. But glad to receive timely updates throughout, so at least I know what's happening lor. Cannot complain too much.”

“Sepatu pertama gak lolos pengecekan, jujur menurutku standarnya agak ketat, dari mataku sih keliatan oke aja. Tapi mereka nawarin model lain, jadi ya tetap dapet sesuatu yang worth it.”

“First pair didn't pass their checks and honestly felt the standards a bit strict lah, to me looked totally fine. But they offered me some alternatives and the discount was pretty sweet, so end up still okay lor.”

“Awalnya si penjual kirim sepatu yang ada bekas pakainya, agak kecewa pas buka paket. Untungnya berhasil dituker, sepatu penggantinya kondisi oke, masih baru dan belum dipakai, jadi ya udah lah ga jadi masalah.”

“Seller shipped a used pair with creasing on the toe box, gutted when I opened it. They sorted a free rematch though and the new pair was grand, the item was alright, deadstock and unused, so it ended on a fair note.”

“Rematch dragged on a wee bit and the replacement only turned up on the 8th day, which was cutting it fine for my trip. That said, glad to receive timely updates throughout so I knew where things stood, fair play on that front.”
