“The product is of poor quality and not aligned to description. Arrived very late and when I have raised that 1) the products arrived late and 2) were not as described I was not allowed to have a refund. I wanted to support local NZ business but this one definitely doesn’t deserve it”

It is dissapointing to see a negative review after so many emails back and forth to try and help you. As I explained to you, your order was received on the Saturday and shipped on the Monday however the driver in your area was in isoaltion after testing positive so the deliveries were delayed. This is completely out of our control and affects everyone unfortunately. As also discussed in the email we do our very best to describe our products exactly as they are. Your misinterpretation is unfortunate but nowhere in any of our descriptions or customer reviews does it say or suggest that the hidden pocket inside the Pro poncho is for your hands to be able to go right through so you can get changed. Although delayed the product you received was not faulty therefore we felt we did not need to refund it. We kindly offered you a store credit or exchange (which is outside of our policy) but you did not respond. Perhaps you could consider your 1 star review and as always you are welcome to accept our offer of a store credit or exchange by responding to my email.

“Unfortunately, I can't write a review of the product as I haven't received it yet. The courier services, PBT, are letting you down. Although they say it is delivered, it isn't. Once delivered to a Rural Delivery Depot they say it is delivered when it hasn't reached its final destination. This particular courier service has a history of delivering to the wrong Rural Delivery Depot.”

Hi Sue, thanks for the review. I can see that the parcel was handed from PBT to NZ Post to complete the rural delivery. It is showing that it is still in transit with NZ Post and they have reported delays in Auckland of up to 10 days leading up to Christmas. PBT has been exceptional with its service but like any courier, company issues can arise from time to time. Please make contact with NZ Post as it has not been delivered by them and they will have the best geographical knowledge of your address and can put you in touch with the driver. If the parcel shows as delivered on the NZ Post tracking when it has not been please make contact with us so we can assist in locating a lost parcel. Regards Todd

“Did my research and really excited to buy noxen ponchos for Xmas gifts. Unfortunately every option I chose (except my own) was not available till 2021. Very disappointed as so many adverts for black Friday but so little stock. Tried to support local but had to purchase 4 elsewhere”
