“Prompt service and delivery. Bought 2 of the kids standard hooded towels and they are great for my 9 and 11 year olds, warm and nice and long to get changed under on the beach. Considering buying one for our dog too!”

“Excellent turnaround and we were very happy with delivery. We loved that you can personalise the poncho. We're just not sure how to get rid of the shedding because after a run in the washing machine and dryer it's still leaving fuzz behind on the second or third use.”

“We ordered 2 adult ponchos. They do exactly what they say, allow you to change easily and discreetly in public. I feel the basic model should have a zip on the pocket without charging more. Swift delivery and a clear indication that there is a wait time for colours or sizes not in stock.”

“Bought as a gift which was couriered directly. It has been warmly received thank you. Only concern was that package had no return address so if it had gone astray, it may not have been recovered. Disappointed to see you offering free delivery shortly afterwards.”

“Purchased a towel for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift from our boys. Payed extra for a embroidery of the word “Mum”. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the $10 more as it’s a lot smaller writing than what it was made out to be and difficult to read.”
