“I am very happy with the garment but not so happy with the size of the Noxen logo stitched on the front was disappointing and unnecessary.”

Thanks for your review Marlene. The Standard Poncho you have purchased has always had that logo as it is and as per the photos. The Pro Poncho has a smaller logo on the breast and the Classic Poncho has no logo at all on the chest. If you would like to exchange please contact us. Thanks!

Hmmm, not sure what happened there Mel. Me & The Brave and NOXEN merged in April and we launched our Five Percent Brands website in June. Five Percent goes back to mental health. The main thing is you love your hat! Thanks :)

“looked like a good buy. In all respects it was what I wanted with the exception of the stitching on the brim which was very poor where stitches were either dropped or broken.”

Thanks Tukura. Unfortunately when the stock arrived that had been significantly delayed we pushed ourselves to get the orders out ASAP. This resulted in a few errors such as this one with your order. Glad we ultimately got this resolved. Cheers :)

“Product seems good although we haven’t used it yet as it is a Xmas pressie. Customer service was average, had issues with local pick up. Had to make two trips to find my towel which was a bit disappointing.”
