“Very satisfied with the home service!! My car drives a lot better now. Friendly staff and excellent customer service experience. I like the fact that we could communicate by text and how they confirmed appt the day before. Always there to help!! Will definitely use again! Highly recommended!! “It was quick and easy to setup an appointment online with NuBrakes and I received an estimate the same day. Brandon called to let me know he was going to be a little late from the scheduled time which I truly appreciated. Brandon came to my apartment and assessed my car and took a look at the brake pads and rotors. Initially, I got an estimate for just the brake pad replacements but then he recommended that I get the rotors replaced because they looked grooved/irregular. I went ahead and had both the brake pads & rotors replaced and he even gave me a small discount since this wasn’t part of the original estimates. The cost was much cheaper than what I would have paid for parts & labor at the car dealership. Brandon was super professional, friendly and informed me afterwards of the warranty details and to give a call if I have any questions or issues. I will definitely use NuBrakes again and highly recommend their services.”

“I love the mobile service and was unaware of this until I did a follow-up to scheduling for service. It's both nice and unique to have a business come to your home to service your vehicle versus waiting in a service shop lounge especially during this time.
