“Had a hitch with the delivery. No fault of yours. Blind courier driver. Delighted with the help and assistance that I had from Hannah. She saved the day and went out of her way to sort things out. So, You get 90 out of 100. Hannah gets 200 out of 100.”

“Ordered wine 12 bottles and 6 bottles. Only one box delivered and when 2nd didn’t come I got on to customer services. Hannah sorted it out and sent me the 6 bottles within 3 days. Several weeks later I realised that the first box had only 6 bottles not 12 . Once again Hannah sorted it out for me . She was very helpful and we greatly appreciate her help and assistance. Could not ask for better customer service.”
