“The customer service from O'Briens was excellent. I had an issue with the delivery which was resolved very quickly! My only worry was that the courier DPD left the package unattended and in clear view outside the delivery address. I thought this was a bit risky!!”

“My order arrived on time and was left on my sister's doorstep. I can't fault the ordering and delivery process but my sister didn't know who it was from...the gift message stopped half way..but when doing the order there was no indication if I had too many digits..it wasnt a long message! She was about to thank her friends when i asked if theyd arrived! That could be improved, otherwise all really good. I'll continue to use O'Briens for reliable gifts to my family in Ireland.”

“The wine is fine, the delivery is rapid so I have no problem with you BUT MUCH MUCH problem with the the carrier They keep leaving the box at the wrong door I leave at the back of the cottage I told them each time to turn left in front of the garage door but everytime everytime it is deliver to the front door of a house where I do not live and as I am 83 and handiccaped I simply can't manage”
