“Very quick delivery and bottles were well wrapped to avoid damage. I had ordered two bottles of whiskey and it would be nice if they came with their boxes, especially those who like to collect whiskey.”

“Nice selection at reasonable prices. Biggest problem is delivery: driver ignores video doorbell, taps gently on the door (once) and leaves a large carton of wine value €150 , clearly labelled as “O’Briens Wines” on the doorstep, and departs. Every time.”

“The wine and spirits are all fine. They are good value and were despatched in record time. The delivery arrangements need improving. It is not good enough to dump several hundred euros worth of product on my doorstep, photograph it and then walk away. When I queried the status of the order, the info from DPD was that it had been delivered and that I had signed for it. This was absolute rubbish. I had to pay a third party to remove the order from my doorstep the folowing day and take it into storage. This experience has left a poor after-taste. I will not order again from O'Briens for home delivery. Other stores manage home delivery effectively. Why can't you?”

“Very easy website to navigate, easy to find gifts. I sent a gift of champagne to someone getting married. I asked for it to be delivered around a certain timeframe, however, it was delivered earlier than expected which was a little disappointing. Otherwise good product and service.”
