“Great selection, fast delivery. One bottle of the Leyda was corked but that can’t be blamed on O’Briens”

“Arrived promptly and very sensibly packed.Very happy and I will be looking closer at your overall offerings.I did think the carriage charge was definitely on the high side.”

“Ordering was easy but delivery was very unsatisfactory. I was not at home when delivery was made and wine was left on the doorstep in lashing rain. A neighbour took it in approximately an hour later and the box was falling apart it was so wet. Lucky it hadn't been stolen.”

“Excellent website as it is very easy to use. Always delivered on time. Is there any possibliity of adding a gift set of two wines one white and one red as I have to try to match them when I am purchasing and it takes time. This was available at one stage. All really good with this website we use it quite a lot.”

Hi Meabh, Thank you for your positive feedback. Our orders are packed as safely as possible to avoid any damages in transit. Unfortunately we do not have a process of recovering the packaging at this time. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me. “Order was efficient as always and products as described. Only issue being that delivery was made with no advance notice of specified time. I wasn’t there to receive and delivery was left outside front door. With any other product this would not be an issue, but given the high temperatures on the day in question, and the nature of the products themselves, this wasn’t ideal. Luckily a neighbour brought to a location where this ultimately didn’t impact on products themselves, but had this not been the case, it may have been a different outcome (product-wise)”
