“Order arrived very quickly, 40 hrs after ordering. Well packed and really good quality wine. Also sent gift to someone else and that arrived within 48 hrs. Very happy.”

“Delivery was made the day after ordering--excellent. O'Briens now state the vintage of the wine they have for sale which is something all wine sellers should do, it allows the customers to check online if the wine is recommended in reviews. The reason I heve not given 5 stars is because they have raised their delivery charge to €9.95 which is a bit excessive.”

“The tape for the box needs to be stronger, this is the second time the bottom of the box was broken, the bottles only kept in by the other packaging. Otherwise very good service.”

“3rd time doing 3 month wine subscription and 1st time something could be improved. When box was closed, brochure was put on top of two of the box lids with two last closing over it. This meant that it nearly tore when cutting tape. Other than that, all great and looking forward to try the selection.”

“All went well, until the delivery driver left the box of wine at the wrong house..Next door in fact, but outside the house of some very unfriendly neighbours. Ironically the recipient of my gift was in her own house next door and could've received the parcel had they knocked/rang. They had her mobile. Caused some stress. Can't fault O'brien themselves.. so handy for me living in the UK to send gifts to family and friends at home. Just get a better courier!”
