“The products were very well recieved, however, you need to change your delivery company, I have spoken to one of your customer service representatives and followed up by email, with the full story of the appalling "service" provided by DPD.”

“Excellent communication after placing the order and with regards to the delivery, which was within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the delivery was left at a neighbour's door (there was a photo) but we had no idea which house it was. The neighbour kindly found the right house and brought it later in the day. Would happily use O'Briens Wine when I want to send a gift.”

“I love this wine and was delighted to see it on sale again. I ordered a dozen and then 2 days later I got a message that it had an extra 10% off. That annoyed me.”
