“Can I please comment on DELIVERY ? Delivery left on doorstep. I had 2 people listening out for the ‘knock’ - neither heard it. Box left in full view of passing pedestrians - v tempting to walk in & take - obvious it’s an O’Briens box. There were options to place box in less public spot. NO proof of AGE received - as per delivery note. Good way for underage kids to buy booze with parents cr card …. Unimpressed with DPD. Looking forward to enjoying my rescued wine. Thank you for sending survey.”

“Good selection of wines at reasonable value, esp when the various sales are taking place. The En Primeur offers are very good and worth the wait. In general, I would depend more on the WineSpark site for better wines at more competitive prices and Blackrock Cellar.”

“Ordered on Friday afternoon, delivered on Saturday morning - excellent. Packaging is far superior to your competitors. Godello, received two different vintages (not good) one had a screw cap (I never put screw cap on my table!). Esporao, vintage was correct but label different to website (confusing)”

“Everything very efficient but feel guilty every time about the amount of cardboard generated in delivering a few bottles of wine. Nobody else has that amount of packaging. I delayed delivery by 4 days to suit me.”
