“Great choice of wines”

“All went well, until the delivery driver left the box of wine at the wrong house..Next door in fact, but outside the house of some very unfriendly neighbours. Ironically the recipient of my gift was in her own house next door and could've received the parcel had they knocked/rang. They had her mobile. Caused some stress. Can't fault O'brien themselves.. so handy for me living in the UK to send gifts to family and friends at home. Just get a better courier!”

“I was happy with the speed and efficiency of the service but there was no option to add a card or note and since this was a gift I was disappointed. In future I would use O'Briens but not for gifts!”

“Everything was good. My delivery came promptly, and everything was in the box. Prices were good, with good specials and discounts around Christmas. My only comment would be that there are no magnums available online.”

“The gift hampers were excellent but the Casamigos gift box couldn't be supplied which was very disappointing as it was the perfect gift for my nephew! However there was good contact from your side and the refund was processed quickly.”

“I ordered a case of Insiight but only got 5 with an extra bottle of White Haven Greg label & it didn’t come in a case of its own. Otherwise I was happy enough with my purchase as I have tasted all of these wines before.”

“Very happy with the variety available and the service. The delivery is decent but is a typical drop, ring and go - no sign off or interaction. If anyone makes off with your delivery while you are out - who knows?”

“Wine is delicious as always. I purchased straight away when the promotion came out. I noticed a later promotion with a further 15% discount came out if you were a member after. I felt this could have been offered initially.”

“Prompt delivery, good value. I would suggest you look to better or more more secure packaging, while no bottles were broken they were all over the place when delivered and need better protection from the courier!”
