Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not have a process of recovering the packaging at this time. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. “I was at work so missed calls on the day of delivery. A pallet with the delivery was left on the side of the road. I would not recommend or accept this as a safe option in future, particularly as I received no information that this was how the delivery was being done. I have no idea how long the pallet was on the side of the road. I have a photo if confirmation is required.”
