“Apart from always experiencing a great service at my local store in Ashbourne, recently I had a specific request and between the staff in the store and Hannah in Head Office, they couldn't have been more helpful. I often buy wine there as gifts and I asked in store where I might source the gift bows they use and they were so helpful giving me the brand name and told me they receive them centrally. I e-mailed O'Briens Head Office a few days ago, Hannah promptly responded to my query giving me the links to where I could get them but also very kindly sent me a sample of them which I received yesterday! I am so appreciative. Little things can make a big difference. And I'll continue to buy their wine, not only as gifts but for me too.... cheers!”
