I can see that your order was damaged in transit and that you were contact by our customer support team and that this order was reshipped, the new parcel will arrive in 2-3 working days of the reship order date. We strive to have all of our orders delivered safely and efficiently but on rare occasions some of our shipments can incur breakages in transit which means a replacement needs to be sent out. We understand fully the disappointment that can be caused by delayed shipments particularly if they are ordered in advance of an occasion. “Very impressed with service and updates on progress of order. I live in Sydney and was ordering a special bottle of wine for a friend in Dublin. Was a little skeptical about doing this online but I had no need to worry. Would be nice if you could write a message to go with gift. Highly recommend.”

“Very good service. The only suggestion I would make is maybe put deliveries in plain packages. my order was a gift and left at front door of recipient by delivery driver and may have had the potential to be stolen with your logo clearly visible.”
