“This order was delivered quickly. There was better alignment of vintages than the last order, when a large number of the vintages were different to what were ordered. This time only 2 were. A minor quibble I have is the amount of packing in which the consignment comes. Do you ever think of shipping with cardboard boxes with upright, criss cross cardboard panels, which would allow much less waste?”

Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies that 2 vintages from the bottles that you ordered were not as advertised. Would you mind sending these on to online@obrienswine.ie so that we can get these amended as soon as possible? In terms of our packaging, all of our online orders are packed in transit friendly packaging and are packed in line with our carriers insurance standards. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
