Having just got my own home it was quick and easy to get setup and moved over to Octopus for my services. Speaking with Thomas on the phone made the whole process quick and simple with no pressure or fuss. I cannot say thank you enough for making this part of my home owning journey easier. I'd recommend Octopus to others wanting an easy time switching providers.

So far we have only joined up following an excellent initial conversation with Kieron who answered all question cogently and took time to explain everything clearly. He was patient and ensured that we were happy and understood our concerns particularly the change over from one supplier to another. He was a credit to your firm - and to himself!!!

Excellent first contact and conversation with Josh. The procedure was very straightforward and everything was explained and my questions answered. Your systems and approach was a welcome change from other providers I will not mention. Also your correspondence has been relaxed and informative. Hope it will continue.

I was uncertain of how to switch from my provider for duel fuel, to another. I had called a few suppliers but to no avail. I was recommended to try Octopus Energy. My call was answered quickly by Mollie and she was brilliant at talking me through the whole process and getting everything sorted for me, no hassle! She answered all my queries, was clear with the information given and gave an overall sense of positivity, while offering a good fixed term deal for my energy needs. I am pleased with the energy deal I was offered and very happy with the customer service I received.

After talking to 5 of your personal on the phone who I found less than helpful, I finally got to speak to Areeba today who knew what she was talking about, Its a shame that the other 5 did not! Thank you Areeba 5 stars.

Really helpful staff member. Dealt efficiently and well with my dozens of questions. Very much knew her product too. All good. Really nice to have a local human voice on there too and not deal with all that automation non-sense.

Rang Octopus to see if there is any better tariff available. Got it switched before 6% increase takes place in April. Call was handled professionally by the staff member. I have been with Octopus for 3 years now and would reamend.
