I had a great experience setting up my Octopus Energy account today. The customer service representative was friendly, helpful, and made the process quick and hassle-free. They took the time to find the best tariff for my needs and answered all my questions clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with an energy company that values transparency and good service. Their agent Kieran was very professional, patient and took the time to answer all my questions with clarity. Phone call was answered quickly, unlike my previous supplier who said they couldn't take my call because they are busy on a Monday!

Connor was really helpful in helping me to switch. I was already a customer of Octopus Energy (via a white label company) so switching online wasn't possible. But a short phone call later all was sorted!

Called up and spoke to Kainaat today who was super helpful in helping me make my decision to swap. I wanted to check my ev charger and smart metre were compatible and she was very patient whilst we ran through it all. Super happy with rates and process so far!

Excellent customer service. Polite, professional and thorough. Process to switch over was easy and stress free and was sent lots of information on how to keep my energy bill and usage low. Octopus app is very easy to navigate and it can clearly see all my bill information. Highly recommend

I was with British Gas for many years and I had a number of questions to ask before making the switch. These were dealt with by Mo efficiently and with curtesy so I was pleased to make the switch with confidence. Also impressed by the speed he sent e-mails setting out details of the switching date, Direct Debit dates and setting up my account on line. Best Customer Service I have ever received. Well done!

Dexter was brilliant and transferred my gas and electricity to Octopus energy painlessly. He listened to my concerns and informed me of two tariff that were suitable for me. He explained everything clearly, and talked about any concerns I had. It was quick and easy to get through to an advisor on the phone, and Dexter was very polite and understanding. Thank you

I have been very pleased with the way in which a meter issue has been handled, and very fairly resolved. It has taken a while because the meter was faulty and a new smart meter had to be installed. However, I have been able to communicate easily with Jacob and other Team Members, who have always kept me informed and replied to messages etc. Very good customer service. Thank you.
