She was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved smoothly. “I was worried about the instillation process because I usually get my screen protectors installed at a store. Luckily the applicator was really easy to use and matched the screen protector on my iphone perfectly. However, I also ordered a ipad screen protector and it came broken. I reached out and Ocushield is sending me a new free one without me having to ship out the broken one! Hopefully the new one is delivered intact, and I appreciate the customer support :)”
