“Thank you Amin for reaching out to me with request to review your product. I had a rough experience with this order but your customer service was excellent, and went above and beyond fixing every issue. These were the issues: received a broken iPad cover which has been replaced by customer service. It was broken probably due to thin packaging. The 27” PC cover was missing from the first delivery. Again, the customer service did send it out immediately. The two laptop covers were off with sizing even though they were advised as 16” but your customer service replaced with correct sizing. This could have been prevented by better size guidance. The packaging also does not indicate that there are glossy and matte finish sides making it confusing at first. The laptop cover keeps falling off the screen but I am OK with it. During the installation, I discovered that the protective thin layer was stuck so hard to some of them that one got damaged while I was peeling (it was so hard to peel that I had to leave the rest on). I have been using it with the protective film on but it makes it super blurry. Overall, the product, packaging and instructions need some work and make them more user-friendly during application. Adhesion on my iPhone ProMax cover was not great (the edges kept coming off) despite proper installation. The customer service team replaced it. I think it was defective. I was so frustrated in the beginning that wanted just return everything but your customer service insistent on replacing them so I give them a try. I appreciate all the help I got, and truly believe your products have a great potential if the above-mentioned issues are corrected: proper order management, better packaging, better quality control, better sizing guidance, and clear instructions. My eyes definitely feel much better with your products and don’t get headaches after my work. I sleep better too. With that being said, I will definitely purchase more of your products and recommend to my friends and coworkers.”

“I love Ocushield products and they fill a much needed niche when it comes to ensuring good “digital health” regarding eye care. Whilst I know a lot of improvement has gone into making the process of applying the screen protectors onto smart phones, I always struggle with this ensuring no air bubbles.”

“Quick delivery, easy to fit. Ordered due to increased migraines, haven't had one since I fitted ocushield on all my devices. Only down side is that it makes my iPad screen less touch reactive which is frustrating when trying to type , but worth it for no migraines”

“It's a difficult one as the benefit results aren't instant and may never actually be confirmed/realised. That said, I took the plunge to buy a blue light sceen prtector for my macbook. The size fits perfect, although doesn't stick at the bottom, so it faps aroud abit. Fits better at the top. It's noit cheap though! Makes screen less clear but not unbearably so.”

“I really like the screen cover for blue light protection, I did notice my eyes muscles relaxing a little bit after putting on the purple screen protection. But the glasses are a little weird. I don't wear the glasses much because I feels like they're altering my vision a tiny bit and I actually got a headache from wearing the glasses. Some adjustments need done in the lense of the glasses. So the iPad screen cover seems to be working the way it is supposed to. The glasses need a little adjustment in the lenses.”

“Feel my eyes are really protected from time spent on my computer and phone. The frame dos feel very flimsy, delicate, not sure if this is intentional or not? But I really like them overall!”

“Struggled with removing the protective cover, firstly it wasn’t obvious to lift the sticky tag and then when lifted it didn’t lift the protective cover, needed my daughters nails. Once applied it has was ok, a few air bubbles, however I have since dropped my phone and there are a number of cracks showing but can’t be sure if it is the shield or screen that is cracked, can you confirm if the shield can crack.”

Ocushield should apply more smoothly; air pockets can sometimes occur if the surface isn’t clean or if there’s dust.
