“I found it a little disconcerting at first seeing the blue reflection all the time, but I am getting used to it now. I haven't actually noticed any different in my sleep quality but perhaps that will come with time. I am very certain that it will block all blue light and it is a good protective screen. It was the easiest to fit that I have ever known”

“I recently purchased the screen shield for my MacBook pro, on the recommendation of a colleague, and have found it very helpful in reducing eyestrain. The temporary stickers to attach it did not work well, and I don't want to attach it permanently, as I will be replacing it shortly, so at present, I just have it resting loosely against the screen, which seems to be ok most of the time. I have just ordered a pair of the spectacles as well. Next day delivery - very impressive.”
