“The conversation with the designated doctor was poor as there is no Cantonese translation. It’s hard to communicate my health conditions with the doctor as I can’t exactly understand the English and Mandarin of the Doctor. Actually beforehand I have requested for a Cantonese spoken doctor but was in vain”

“Very little fuss on the whole procedure,, professionally done,, maybe can be a little more transparent or assuring when it comes asking for the customers’ identification like ic/driving/ license/ passport. Either the recent scams it took me awhile to go along and furnish them. Otherwise,, the rest are brilliant”
