“Tried it for a month, the doctor consultation was fast and on time. I was prescribed with Tadalafil and a Prolong spray. The delivery arrived the next day, however I did not receive any message from the delivery person that it arrived until I had to message the noah whatsapp for confirmation. For the Tadalafil, the effect is said to last for 36 hours, upon consumption there was no immediate effect. And for the next 36 hours, there still wasn't any effects. I tried it 5 times and it was the same. For the prolong spray, I also tried it and there was no effect either. Maybe the prescription was not right for me, but this was my experience. Seeing that noah is a certified government-recommended online clinic, I would recommend it for discreet and fast online consultation if you want to try it.”

“the POS has been difficult to use. the first time was fine. follow up purchases did not really go through despite the screen showing my order was made. the second was because i had to do a follow up consultation which the system did not reflect that i had to do so, let alone give me the option to do so. the third time was when i made an order and i didnt get a confirmation email. i had to use the live chat to resolve both times.”

“The conversation with the designated doctor was poor as there is no Cantonese translation. It’s hard to communicate my health conditions with the doctor as I can’t exactly understand the English and Mandarin of the Doctor. Actually beforehand I have requested for a Cantonese spoken doctor but was in vain”

“After the tele-consultation, I received a call only to inform me that the medications are out of stocks and only available 1 month away from now. Defeats the purpose of the consultation in the first place”
