“Ordered a big piece of furniture which is a tv wall panel and upon assembling it the following week (you know bc it’s not something that everyone can just put together piece by piece the minute it arrives bc WE ARE also heavily informed that WE ONLY HAVE A “3 day window”) there were parts missing. So I call and the chick over the phone was very short pretty much wanted nothing to do with me, told me I only had a “3 day window” and that I’d have to call the manufacturer. Good ole Merican Customer Service for you right thurrrrrr! Take me off your email list and all bc I won’t be spending another cent.”
“I don’t have my item yet, but so far I’m moat all happy. A $200 purchase that clearly read it would be received in 3 days. It’s been a week and it just shipped yesterday. I called, and was told what I could already see online, it’s being processed. No more buying from this company.”
“Refused to allow me to return a box of unopened 2 oz portion cup lids. Apparently, I bought them as a "subscription" and a second (and unwanted) box was sent to me. They absolutely refuse to take them back because for some reason, they are an "nonreturnable" item. Guess what? I am now a "nonreturnable" customer now.”
