“Had my order marked delayed for 2 weeks. Emailed the customer service and finally got my tracking number only for it to be marked delivered a week ago. They arranged a reshipment, still with no tracking number so I had to (again) email them for it. C’mon you would think there’s a more efficient way than having to reach out every time. Plus, they ship with some carrier that I’ve never heard of. They srsly need to up their game.”
“They had the product at a reasonable price. And yes, I received it within 24 hours of my purchase.
The only downside was that the shipping alert and the "tracking" indicated the product was going to be delivered on 1/31 and today is 1/26.
They need to specify "who is the shipper" - all I know is that the product showed up at my door step mysteriously in a large apt complex - it was a miracle it was not stolen.
This is why consumers insist on knowing the shipper since most promote. share the whereabouts of the product or driver.
For me, the product is fine but the lack of knowledge of the shipment info is negative.”
“Ordered 12 cans of Glade spray. Only got 9. Got a $5 refund back but the 3 missing cans cost over $8. Tried to leave a good product review but they wouldn't publish it because I mentioned the missing items. Will not shop there ever again.”
