“The product came unharmed and was very acceptable. What I wasn't so happy about was how long it took before they processed my order. The website claims it takes 1 to 3 days to process, but it took much longer for my order to be processed. Once it was processed it was delivered within the time range I was given at that time.”

“The product arrived in great condition. The next question, was the delivery on time? It took ten days to show it was at the post office. I am assuming that these DVDs were not on hand, but needed to be created. I e-mailed them, and no answer. The tracking went from it finally being dropped off at the post office - to here. I had no idea when it would arrive.”

“I received 1 out of the 3 CDs I ordered. The 2 that were out of stock were out of stock on previous orders as well. Why are they listed on the site with copies available if they are always out of stock? The one I did receive was an $8.00 CD. Even if I get the money back on the ones that didn't ship, I probably won't get the shipping back. So I'm paying $10.00 shipping for 1 $8.00 CD. This is not a bargain.”
