“One item came with a cracked jewel box and one ordered item was not shipped with no definite determination of whether it will come later or not. Acceptable only for shipping speed and overall condition of the rest of the order. Multiple jewel box replacements are $2.50 plus 8% sales tax. Missing items have happened previously, so this is not new. The customer should be told if the item was backordered or not.”
