“I have been totally satisfied with my recent purchases from Oldies.com. Today I checked on an order that was delayed and the associate who I spoke to me went through each item in my order and explained why certain items were delayed. He expalined that the shipping of my order was delayed by these particular items, but as soon as those items are available, my order would be shipped. When the storm hit a few days ago an there were outages, the company switched customers to a Brooklyn location to speak to staff there about their orders. That reflects excellent customer service.”
