“This was the first (and probably last) time I placed an order with Oldies. The puzzle was a birthday present for an old friend. When placing the order, I noticed there was no way to ID it as a present, nor did I have to option to include a short message. Before finalizing the order, I called a customer service rep who was unable to help me. So I emailed you immediately (prior to shipping) and asked that a short "Happy 90th Birthday" note be included. No response. Today, I spoke with the recipient to check. As I had feared, there was no greeting.”
