“It's a pity that allthough I ordered 9 items, I received only 8. I didn't got 'Wallpaper' from Hardy Fox. When I ordered it I got the message that there were only 3 left in store, so I was in time. Further I think that the shipping price was pretty high.”

“Placed an order for 15 items during a clearance event. Only received 2 of the items. Was unclear whether other items were coming later or not. Wrote to customer service (which responded within 24 hours) and heard they'd be on backorder for 30 days, so I had hope of fulfillment. However, I got a refund less than 24 hours later, meaning, presumably that I won't be getting any of the other items I ordered. That was a bummer.”
